Usage data
Every time our website is accessed and every time a file is called up, general data about this process are automatically saved in a log file. They are stored exclusively for system-related and statistical purposes.

No transmission of the data to a third party or for any other use will be carried out unless there is a statutory obligation to do so.
In detail, the following dataset is saved every time a file is called up:
The name of your Internet service provider, your IP address or the IP address of your proxy server, the version of your browser software, the operating system of your computer, the website from which you are visiting us, the websites which you are visiting with us, search words which you might use with us or which you have used to find our website.

These data are not amalgamated with other data sources. The basis of this data processing comes from Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b, GDPR, for the processing of data to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Personal data
Personal data will only be processed by us if this is permitted by law, or if you have granted your consent to this.

In detail:

Contact
If you contact us, we will save your data for the purposes of processing your inquiry, and in the event that further correspondence takes place, for example, for additional questions.
The basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b, GDPR, which allows for the processing of data to fulfil a contract or contractual measures.

Cookies
We use so-called cookies in some parts of our website. Such file components enable your computer to be identified as a technical unit while you visit this website to facilitate the use of what we offer – also for repeat visits.
However, you generally have the option of setting your Internet browser in such a way that you are informed about the occurrence of cookies so that you can permit or exclude them, or also delete cookies that are already in existence.
Please use the “Help” function for your Internet browser to obtain information about changing these settings. We would like to point out that individual functions of our website may not function if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
Cookies do not enable a server to read private data from your computer or data saved on a different server. They will not damage your computer or pass on any viruses.
Cookies are processed to improve the functionality of our website. They are therefore necessary to maintain our justified interests.
The setting up of cookies, which are required for carrying out electronic communication procedures or for providing specific features that you require, proceeds on the basis of Art.  Para. 1 lit. f, GDPR. As the website operator, we have a justified interest in storing cookies for the technical error-free and smooth provision of our services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. for analysis features) are used, these are covered separately in this Data Protection Declaration.

Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager)
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", namely text files that are saved on your computer and which enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and saved there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will however be abbreviated in advance by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. Under our instructions, Google will use this information to assess your use of the website, to compile reports about website activities and to provide us with other services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted from your browser by Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies via the corresponding setting on your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google, by downloading the browser plug-in that is available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) and installing it. An opt-out-cookie is then set, which prevents the collection of your data when visiting this website. This procedure is particularly recommended when accessing our website using mobile devices.

Please be informed that Google Analytics has been extended on this website with the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure the anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
You can find more detailed information about the conditions of use and data protection at:
www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html  or at www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html

The use of Google Analytics cookies proceeds on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f, GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a justified interest in the analysis of usage behaviour to optimise our web offer as well as advertising if necessary.
